Support of Word of Life Ministries in the Dominican Republic
Word of Life Ministries, led by Kenneth Balootje, is a mission organization which reaches out to the people of the Dominican Republic by hosting teams, facilitating Bible clubs and hosting other evangelistic outreaches. Word of Life also holds three week-long youth camps that attract more than 700 campers each summer.

Support of Missionary Ventures International in Peru
Missionary Ventures Peru Yurimagoas, led by Susan Holowechy, is involved on a daily basis in helping the lives of children in Peru. In addition to running a clinic which supports malnourished children and women in high-risk pregnancies from the jungle region, Holowechy also runs a farm that aids in the self-sustainability of the projects in this area.

Various Missions Trips
Throughout the year, Three Strand Cord supports short term missions teams by collecting funding, buying supplies and supporting costs associated with the travel and support of local programs. For more information about specific trips being supported and how to participate, please contact us.
Any funds raised for specific mission trips which are not used during the duration of the trip are rerouted into similar projects in the affected areas or similar projects in the local community. All donations, however, are considered to be unrestricted, and Three Strand Cord reserves the right to transfer money between projects.
